Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) said that through working with the commune, ward and grassroots trade unions with a large number of workers, many practical opinions have been recorded.
For example, the Duc Linh Commune Trade Union in the mountainous areas of the Southeast of Lam Dong province. There are 12 grassroots unions with nearly 1,900 union members.
Ms. Le Thi Hoa - Chairwoman of Duc Linh Commune Trade Union said that after its establishment at the end of June 2025, the Commune Trade Union has developed a specific action plan, organizing a "Union Meal". At the same time, plan to deploy a union member welfare network in August.

The Standing Committee of the Duc Linh Commune Party Committee proposed that the Provincial Federation of Labor should have more specific instructions on organizing the apparatus, decentralizing tasks, financial and personnel work for the Commune Trade Union.
In addition, the commune also proposed organizing classes to foster trade union management skills according to the new model. At the same time, there is a policy to support additional funding for grassroots trade unions in the initial stages after the merger.
A noteworthy proposal is the proposal to establish a mechanism for information exchange, supervision and direct support from the Provincial Federation of Labor to increase cohesion and support grassroots activities.

Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor also worked with the Trade Union of Nam Ha Vietnam Shoes Company at Nam Ha Industrial Cluster, Tra Tan Commune - where there are more than 2,400 workers.
The leaders of Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor highly appreciated the coordination between enterprises and trade unions in caring for workers' rights. The problems at the facility were also resolved and given specific instructions.
