On August 2, the Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) said that the unit had received and handed over work from the old Binh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor.
The handover ceremony took place with the participation of Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor and Mr. Do Huu Quy - former Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor, along with key leaders of both sides.
The two sides have comprehensively handed over contents related to organization, personnel, finance, assets, office administration and the results of implementing political tasks until the end of June 2025.
The old Binh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor has handed over 396 grassroots unions and 19 unions, with a total of 49,074 union members. Regarding the organization of the apparatus, hand over the payroll of trade unions at all levels, labor contracts, records of civil servants and full-time staff working at enterprises.
In terms of finances, all are also fully handed over: Cash, deposits, social funds such as the "Union Shelter" Fund, "For female workers and civil servants in poor labor", fixed receipts - expenses, assets and all accounting documents with documents.
In addition, all local union real estate, tools, tools and records of public asset management, land use rights, and archival documents are handed over in detail according to regulations.
The two sides agreed to propose continuing to resolve the regime for officials on leave according to Decree 178 and Decree 67; at the same time, monitoring loans from the National Employment settlement Fund.
The handover is assessed to be carried out in accordance with the procedures. This is an important foundation for Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor to inherit, stabilize the apparatus and carry out tasks in the new period.
