On the morning of November 20, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi directly went to the scene of the serious landslide on Mimosa Pass (Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat) to inspect and direct the recovery work.

The Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units to concentrate maximum forces and means, immediately deploy solutions to soon reopen the route, ensuring safe traffic.
"Construction must strictly follow technical procedures, prioritize safety and develop a comprehensive plan to completely handle landslides, limiting recurrence" - Mr. Muoi emphasized.

Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi assigned the Road Maintenance Board to mobilize contractors, machinery, and specialized vehicles, closely coordinate with functional forces and local authorities to speed up the construction progress, urgently opening the Mimosa Pass in the context of Prenn Pass still temporarily closed.
Previously, late on November 19, at Km 226+500 on Mimosa Pass, a serious landslide occurred, causing traffic disruption.
The entire road surface was completely broken, about 50m wide, about 30m deep, and about 100m long.

After the landslide occurred, Lam Dong Provincial Police mobilized human resources and vehicles to approach the scene, set up warnings and regulate traffic.
On the morning of November 20, the landslide area was still blocked. Specialized agencies are urgently assessing the level of subsidence and proposing appropriate technical solutions.
