Accordingly, the location for the investment project in Hanoi includes 7 districts: Soc Son, Me Linh, Dan Phuong, Hoai Duc, Thanh Oai, Thuong Tin and Ha Dong district.
Hung Yen province includes 4 districts: Van Giang, Khoi Chau, Yen My, Van Lam.
Bac Ninh province consists of 4 districts, towns and cities: Thuan Thanh town, Gia Binh district, Que Vo town and Bac Ninh city.
The winning investors are the joint venture of City Real Estate Investment Company Limited - Saigon Huong Hoa Duong Company Limited - Vietnam Expressway Corporation - One Member Company Limited and Horizon Investment Joint Stock Company. type of Construction - Business - Transfer (BOT).
