The Prime Minister requested the Project Management Board to promote the highest responsibility, contractors should strive to shorten the project construction time to 24 months, while improving quality, not raising capital, ensuring technique, aesthetics, safety, environmental sanitation, not letting negativity, corruption, waste, etc.
In particular, the Prime Minister hopes that the bridge will be an architectural highlight, creating a beautiful landscape, worthy of and honoring Hanoi for thousands of years of culture and heroism. The head of the Government also called on people to continue supporting the project in the spirit of harmony of interests between the State, people and businesses, as well as in implementing other projects.
Opening up new development space
At the end of February 2025, the majority of delegates approved, the Hanoi People's Council passed a resolution approving the investment policy and adjusting the investment policy for a number of public investment projects in the city, including 3 bridges Tran Hung Dao, Ngoc Hoi and Tu Lien.

The Hanoi People's Committee expects that the Tu Lien, Tran Hung Dao and Ngoc Hoi bridge projects will directly contribute to the economic growth target of 8% in 2025 and aim for double-digit growth in the following years.
With a total investment of nearly VND48,000 billion and the close direction of the central and city leaders, the three bridges are not only key transport projects but also a symbol of Hanoi's aspiration to reach international standards, marking a strong mark of Hanoi in the new development stage.
The completion of three bridges Tu Lien, Ngoc Hoi and Tran Hung Dao will open a new era of development for Hanoi - a modern, dynamic and sustainable capital.
Also in the morning of May 19, checking the progress of building the National Exhibition Association Center in Dong Anh District, Hanoi City, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested urgently completing the center to celebrate and serve the achievements of the country on the occasion of the 80th year of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and Quoc Khanh (September 2, 1945 - 2.9.2025).
