Continuing the program of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, on the morning of May 17, Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Vietnamese nationality.
Chairman of the National Assembly's Law and Justice Committee Hoang Thanh Tung presented a report on the review of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Vietnamese nationality.
Minister of Finance Nguyen Van Thang Thua authorized the Prime Minister to present a report on the Law on Amending and Supplementing a number of articles of the Bidding Law; Law on Investment by the method of public -private partnership; Customs Law; Law on Export and Import Tax; Investment Law; Law on Public Investment; Law on management and use of public assets.
Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Finance Committee Phan Van Mai presented a report on verification of the Law on Amending and Supplementing a number of articles of the Bidding Law; Law on Investment by the method of public -private partnership; Customs Law; Law on Export and Import Tax; Investment Law; Law on Public Investment; Law on management and use of public assets.
Next, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Product and Goods Quality.
Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung spoke to explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
At 11:00 a.m. on the same day, the National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies for private economic development.
Voted to pass the National Assembly Resolution on a number of special mechanisms and policies, creating a breakthrough in the development and organization of law enforcement.
