On the evening of January 4, the Investigation Police Agency of Lam Dong Provincial Police is investigating and clarifying the cause of the traffic accident that occurred on Tran Binh Trong street, Mui Ne ward.
At the above time, a car with license plate 86C-175.89 was traveling on the road when it collided head-on with a motorbike with license plate 60F4-219.23 driven by a woman, traveling in the opposite direction.
The strong collision caused the woman to be thrown onto the road surface and was taken to the emergency room by people. However, the victim died later.
At the scene, the car and motorbike were in the middle of the road. The 2 vehicles were about 15m apart. The motorbike's front was crushed, while the car's front was dented and deformed. It is known that the victim's house is near the scene.
The Investigation Police Agency of Lam Dong Provincial Police and professional units conducted an examination, recorded the impact marks and requested an autopsy to serve the investigation.
At the same time, the police identified the driver driving the car and took him to check for alcohol and drug levels according to regulations.
Currently, the cause of the accident is being further clarified by functional agencies.
