On the morning of November 26, an accident between a sleeper bus and a tractor-trailer in the same direction occurred on the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet expressway at km141, about 7km from the Vinh Hao intersection.
Initial information, the passenger bus traveling from South to North collided with the rear of the tractor-trailer in front.
At the scene, the front of the passenger bus was deformed and stuck tightly to the rear of the tractor-trailer. Fortunately, the accident did not cause any casualties.
Traffic Police force Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 6 (Department 6, Traffic Police Department) coordinated with the route management unit to quickly arrive, place warnings and direct traffic. Rescue cranes were also mobilized to handle the scene.
The South - North road was temporarily closed for about 2 hours, vehicles were allowed to exit the highway at Cho Lau intersection (km162).
