On May 19, the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province said that landslide treatment construction will be deployed at locations Km103+100, Km104+063 - Km104+163 and Km105+710 - Km105+790 on National Highway 20 through Bao Loc Pass.
According to the traffic diversion organization plan, from May 20 to June 25, vehicles will be banned from circulating through the sections Km104+063 - Km104+163 and Km105+710 - Km105+790 in installments, each installment not exceeding 15 minutes.
The hours of temporary traffic ban include: 6am - 6:15am, 6:30am - 6:45am, 7:00am - 7:15am, 9:00am - 9:15am, 9:30am - 9:45am, 12:00pm - 12:15pm and 12:30pm - 12:45pm.
In addition to the completely prohibited hours, the construction unit will occupy one lane from 9 pm to 2 pm the next day. During this time, vehicles are allowed to circulate alternately on the remaining lane.
From 2 pm to 9 pm daily, vehicles are allowed to circulate normally on both lanes.
To ensure traffic safety during construction, the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province requests the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police and local authorities to arrange forces to patrol, control and divert traffic in the area.
The Lam Dong Road Maintenance Management Board and the construction unit are responsible for arranging guard forces, installing full barriers and traffic signal systems according to regulations throughout the repair construction process.
