The Hanoi Department of Education and Training (DET) has just issued a decision to cancel the exam results, revoke and cancel the high school diploma of a candidate after the announcement of the security investigation agency and Hanoi City Police.
This decision was issued for N.V.K., born in 2007, former student of Dan Phuong High School, exam course on June 26, 2025.
Previously, this candidate was granted a high school graduation certificate by the Director of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training with the number: T04742981; number in the certificate book: B25/023/013327, date of issuance 23.9.2025.
According to the decision of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, the reason for revoking and canceling high school graduation certificates is that candidate N.V.K. using a phone in the exam room, committing cheating in the exam; violating Point b, Clause 4, Article 21 of the Exam Regulations and Point a, Clause 1, Article 25 of the Regulations on Management of Certificates as notified in Official Dispatch No. 6891 of the Investigation Security Agency, Hanoi City Police.
According to the decision of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the decision, candidate N.V.K. must return the high school diploma to the Department, according to the provisions of the Regulations on diploma management.
At the same time, Dan Phuong High School is responsible for notifying this decision to candidate N.V.K. and adjust information in archived records about the High School Graduation Exam on June 26, 2025 at the school.
The Department of Education and Training Quality Assessment and Management of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training is responsible for canceling the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, revoking and canceling the 2025 graduation certificate of candidate N.V.K. ; adjust information in the original file at the Department about the high school graduation exam course 26.6.2025 and report to the Ministry of Education and Training according to regulations.
