Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just signed a decision approving the investment project to build a road from Tam Trinh intersection to the intersection with Minh Khai - Vinh Tuy - Yen Duyen road, Hoang Mai district.
The project aims to build roads and technical infrastructure items, ensuring aesthetics, in accordance with the overall planning; making an important contribution to the socio-economic development of the area; meeting travel needs, traffic flow, and reducing traffic congestion in the project area.
This is a group B project; Urban road works, regional main roads invested by Hoang Mai District People's Committee with a scale. The total length from Tam Trinh intersection to the intersection with Minh Khai - Vinh Tuy - Yen Duyen route is 718.94m.
Starting point Km0 from the intersection of Tam Trinh road and Linh Nam road, the end point of the route Km0+718.94 belongs to Ao Mo new urban area.

Main investment items include: Roadbed, road surface, sidewalk, trees, rainwater drainage system, wastewater, water supply, lighting, technical trenches, traffic safety and other auxiliary items.
The Hanoi People's Committee requests the organization to manage and implement the investment project in accordance with the contents of this Decision and the regulations of the State and the City on management of construction investment projects, construction quality management, management of construction investment costs, investment supervision and evaluation, community supervision; implement the project on schedule and with quality in accordance with current laws.
Assign the People's Committee of Hoang Mai District to be responsible before the law and the City People's Committee for the accuracy and legality of the information and data shown in the appraisal dossier; the entire process of project management, implementation and management, and use of investment capital must ensure compliance with the provisions of the law of the State and of Hanoi City.
