According to Decision No. 587/QD-UBND, the recovered land area is 3, 472.6m2, including 27 land plots, located in Dan Phuong commune, Hanoi City to implement the investment project to build Tay Thang Long road (section from Ring Road 3.5 to Dan Hoai canal road).
The total recovered area includes: 1,424.8m2 of public agricultural land; 1,439.7m2 of traffic land; and 608.1m2 of irrigation land.
The reason for land recovery is to serve the implementation of the investment project to build Tay Thang Long road (section from Ring Road 3.5 to Dan Hoai canal road).
Dan Phuong Commune People's Committee assigned the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of the commune to be responsible for publicly posting the decision at the headquarters of Dan Phuong Commune People's Committee and at the common living place of the Doai Khe village community.
At the same time, this unit is responsible for managing the land fund after recovery; coordinating with the project investor, the Economic Department and related units to carry out land procedures in accordance with current regulations.

Regarding the Tay Thang Long road construction investment project, at the end of February 2026, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Dong Ngac ward, Hanoi city also organized an expanded Party Committee Standing Committee Conference to listen to reports on the situation and results of site clearance for the Tay Thang Long road construction project, the section from Pham Van Dong street to Van Tien Dung street.
Accordingly, the total investment of the project is 2,344 billion VND. Site clearance costs are 1,673 billion VND. The total area expected to be recovered for project implementation is 19.2ha. Of which, agricultural land is 15.93ha; residential land is 3.27ha.
Mr. Ngo Van Nam - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Council said that the site clearance for the Tay Thang Long road project is a particularly important political task, demonstrating the ward's spirit of responsibility to the city.
To continue implementing the project, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Council emphasized: The Tay Thang Long road project is a key traffic project of the city, of great significance in completing the Northwest frame infrastructure of the Capital, synchronously connecting with major traffic axes, creating motivation for local socio-economic development.
To ensure the completion of the goals according to the assigned schedule, Party Secretary Ngo Van Nam requested to continue to thoroughly grasp the guiding documents of the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee to promote the role of the head; each assigned official must be directly responsible to the Standing Committee for the implementation results.
The Ward People's Committee focuses on completing 100% of the work of inventorying and confirming the origin of land in February 2026; urgently approving and paying compensation to eligible households; strengthening dialogue and mobilizing the remaining households, striving to hand over at least 90% of the land area before March 15, 2026 and complete site clearance of 100% of the land area before March 31, 2026. At the same time, coordinate with the police force and the Ward Military Command to ensure security and order during the implementation process.
