At about 5:45 am on August 21, a truck with license plate 49H-056.34 (driver's identity unknown) was traveling on Nguyen Cong Tru street, Ward 1, Bao Loc, in the direction of Bao Loc central market area.
When arriving at the intersection between Nguyen Cong Tru street and Le Hong Phong street (Ward 1, Bao Loc), the truck collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. Tran Quang Liem (33 years old, residing in Ward 3, Bao Loc), who was traveling in the same direction in front.
The collision seriously injured Mr. Liem. The victim was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment but died later.
Upon receiving the news, functional forces were present at the scene to regulate traffic, organize examination and collect information to serve the investigation.
The cause of the accident is being further clarified by functional agencies.
