On the afternoon of August 8, functional forces of Dak Lak province are investigating and clarifying a traffic accident that occurred on National Highway 26 that killed 1 person.
At about 12:22 pm on the same day, at Km119+700 National Highway 26, passing through Thang Tien village, Krong Pac commune, Dak Lak province, a traffic accident occurred between a truck and a motorbike.
According to initial information, at the above time, Mr. N.D. T (resident of Dak Lak province) was driving a truck with license plate 47H-155. XX traveling in the direction from Ea Phe commune to Ea Knuec commune.
When reaching Km119+700 National Highway 26, the truck collided with a motorbike with license plate 48AG-064. XX driven by Mr. L.V. G (residing in Lam Dong province), carrying Mr. H.V. H (residing in Lam Dong province) behind. The motorbike was traveling in front, in the same direction.
The accident killed Mr. H.V. H on the spot. Mr. L.V. G was injured and taken to Tay Nguyen Regional General Hospital for emergency treatment.
At the scene, both the truck and the motorbike were damaged.
Upon receiving the news, functional forces were present at the scene to protect the scene, divert traffic, and at the same time conduct investigation procedures to verify the cause of the accident.
Currently, the case is being further clarified by functional agencies.
