Quang Tri - The authorities closed many dangerous self-opened crossings, prevented accidents and ensured railway traffic safety.

In recent times, to ensure traffic safety and order on the North-South railway passing through the area, the Traffic Police Department of Quang Tri Provincial Police has deployed many measures such as patrolling, handling violations, propagating the law, mobilizing people to participate in protecting railway works and not arbitrarily opening crossings across the railway.

During the peak period, the Traffic Police Department coordinated with the Railway Joint Stock Company, Department 6 - Traffic Police Department, Railway Safety Management Department No. 2 and the authorities of Tuyen Son, Dong Le, and Tuyen Phu communes to remove and close self-opened crossings at many locations.

Including: km 428+085; km 428+380; km 432+030; km 437+550; km 437+600; km 411+200; km 441+420; km 442+760 (Dong Le commune). Km 445+870; km 449+150 (Tuyen Phu commune). Km 407+085 (Tuyen Son commune). These paths are blocked by concrete sleepers to prevent vehicles from passing through.

The above activities contribute to preventing railway traffic accidents and ensuring safety for people when traveling through the area.
