In order to contribute to ensuring traffic order and safety, protecting traffic infrastructure and reducing traffic accidents in the province, the Traffic Police of Ninh Binh Province has increased patrolling, controlling and strictly handling violations.


In which, focusing on key national and provincial highways, routes that are often overloaded by vehicles. At the same time, strengthen inspections of warehouses, wharves, terminals, material mines, concrete mixing stations, places to load goods onto cars, etc.
Present at km47, National Highway 12B, the section passing through Yen Son Ward, Ninh Binh), since 6:00 a.m. on October 28, the Traffic Police force has been present and set up checkpoints to check the weight of vehicles carrying construction materials.


This is considered one of the routes with a large number of trucks carrying construction materials. Every day, hundreds of vehicles carrying materials from the mines pass through this road.
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, the load checkpoint was deployed by Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 (under the Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police). In less than 2 hours, the traffic police stopped a series of vehicles to weigh the load.


Lieutenant Colonel Pham Anh Tuan - Captain of Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 said that the patrol lasted from 6am to 12pm on October 28, and the traffic police stopped checking the weight of goods for 7 vehicles, which were cars carrying construction materials.
Of which, there are 5 vehicles that are not violating, 2 vehicles that are overloaded, specifically trucks with license plate: 35A-559.43 carrying overload from over 30% to 50% and trucks with license plate: 29H-968.12 carrying overload from over 10% to 30%.
The working group has drawn up a record of administrative violations against the two drivers and the two owners of the above two violators, and at the same time required the drivers and owners to sign a commitment not to repeat the offense.
In addition to patrolling and controlling to handle vehicles carrying oversized and overloaded vehicles, the Traffic Police force has also focused on propagating to vehicle owners, mine owners, and transportation businesses in the area to sign a commitment to comply with legal regulations on loads when participating in road traffic.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Pham Anh Tuan, during the performance of their duties, the Traffic Police force has deployed synchronous measures, focusing on both handling and propagating so that business owners and drivers can grasp the provisions of the law to comply.
"We are determined to strictly handle all cases of oversized, overloaded transportation and no forbidden areas, no exceptions. There is absolutely no intervention in handling violations" - Lieutenant Colonel Pham Anh Tuan affirmed.
