Thereby, the authorities discovered K'T driver driving a car with license plate 49A-337.41 going in the wrong direction from the toll station to Lien Khuong roundabout.
Fortunately, at the time of the violation, there were very few vehicles moving on the highway, so there were no unfortunate accidents.
