On the morning of April 3, Tien Phong Newspaper and HST Company and Tan Son Nhat Golf Course (HCMC) held a press conference for the Tien Phong Golf Championship - Non Song Mot Border. This is one of the activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
This year's tournament brings together 218 excellent golfers from many localities, businesses and organizations. The golfers will be divided into 4 groups, competing on April 27 at Tan Son Nhat Golf Course, Ho Chi Minh City.
The tournament is not only a top-notch sporting event but also a special occasion to pay tribute to the veterans who participated in the historic Ho Chi Minh Campaign and the Saigon - Gia Dinh Border Guard soldiers who made a great victory. They are the ones who have not felt sorry for their blood and bones, fought for national independence, liberated the South, and unified the country, but now many of them are struggling with illness and old age.
Through the tournament, the Organizing Committee hopes to express our deep gratitude, spiritual encouragement and join hands to share and support veterans to overcome difficulties in daily life.
Through the Tien Phong Golf Championship 2025, the Organizing Committee hopes to raise funds to carry out practical activities to show gratitude to veterans, support policy families and join hands to contribute to the community.
