On the afternoon of March 26, Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee Do Huu Huy worked with the leaders of PDSI Group on the implementation of the Golf Course Complex Service Complex project in Binh Thuan.
Working with the Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee and related departments, Mr. Peter Dalkeith Scott - Chairman of PDSI Group introduced a general overview of PDSI and the project to be implemented in Binh Thuan.
PDSI wants to implement the Service Complex combined with Golf Course in Tien Thanh Commune, Phan Thiet City. The total area for the project is about 425 hectares.
The total investment of the project is about 2.6 billion USD, divided into many phases. The project includes items such as: High-end residential area, resort hotel, hospital, international school and 2 international standard golf courses, etc.
Phase 1 will be implemented on an area of about 184 hectares, with an investment of 1 billion USD (25,000 billion VND).
Previously, in November 2024, PDSI Group surveyed the project and had a plan to invest in the above area.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee Do Huu Huy welcomed PDSI Group for its idea of investing in a Service Complex combined with a Golf course in Tien Thanh Commune, Phan Thiet City.
Mr. Huy said that Binh Thuan has great potential to develop the industries that PDSI Group is investing in in in some countries around the world.
If the PDSI idea is implemented soon, it will contribute to promoting the economy, especially tourism in the South of Binh Thuan to develop even more strongly.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Construction, Industry and Trade and the People's Committee of Phan Thiet City, based on reality, to guide this investor to carry out investment procedures and procedures in accordance with legal regulations.
