On the occasion of celebrating the Hung Kings Commemoration Day 2026, Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee and Phu Tho Golf Association will organize the Hung Kings Cup Golf Tournament. This year, the tournament has the message of "The heroic spirit of Van Lang".
According to the program, golfers will compete from the 11th to the 12th of April with the main match at Van Lang Empire T&T Golf Club in Phu Tho. Registered golfers will be divided into groups A, B, C, D and VIP group.
Last year, the tournament was organized with the message "When drinking water, remember the source", attracting 110 golfers nationwide to participate in the competition.
This year, the tournament is expected to attract nearly 600 golfers in the groups to compete. The organizers will arrange for golfers to start simultaneously at 12:00 PM on the same day on all 4 fields in Phu Tho.
Van Lang Empire T&T Golf Club is the center of the main activities at the tournament. According to the Organizing Committee, many professional and amateur golfers nationwide will participate in this year's tournament to create an exciting competition.
Van Lang Empire T&T Golf Club in Phu Tho is the venue for the first leg of the VGA Junior Tour 2026 youth tournament in early March. In this tournament, golfers competed and assessed the court's difficulty to create good competition when competing.
