The 2026 Junior Invitational Golf Tournament officially closed in Sage Valley (USA). Le Khanh Hung is the only representative of Vietnamese golf to be qualified to compete in the tournament.
This is a tournament that gathers 36 young amateur male faces from many countries to compete. Golfers competed in a stick-to-stick format through 4 consecutive rounds.
Starting in the first round, Khanh Hung completed the competition with 70 strokes. In the 2nd round, the Vietnamese golfer achieved 77 strokes. In the 3rd round, Khanh Hung focused on improving his performance and completed the competition with 74 strokes. In the final round (held on March 15, Vietnam time), Khanh Hung finished the competition with 72 strokes.
After 4 rounds, Le Khanh Hung achieved a total score of +5, ranking T15 overall.
On the world men's amateur golf rankings just announced, Le Khanh Hung dropped 4 places to rank 164th.
The champion of the tournament is 17-year-old young golfer Miles Russell (USA) with a total score of -15. The Junior Invitational is one of the high-level tournaments for amateur youth golf in the US. From this tournament, many top golfers have matured and achieved bright results.
