Le Chuc An ranked 48th at the 2026 Asian-Pacific Amateur Women's Golf Championship

Le Chuc Anh finished competing in the tournament after 4 rounds with a position in the top 50 golfers with the best results.

The competition program of the Asian-Pacific Amateur Women's Golf Championship (WAAP) 2026 ended on February 15 in New Zealand. Closing the competition, Le Chuc An achieved a total score of +17, ranking 48th.

In the final round of the tournament (round 4), Le Chuc An did not have a good record. She only achieved 1 birdie and hit 8 bogeys through the competition holes. Therefore, Le Chuc An got a +11 point in round 4.

The champion of this tournament is Korean golfer Yunseo Yang with a total score of -16, while the runner-up belongs to Soomin Oh (Korea) with a score of -8.

The 2026 Asian - Pacific Amateur Women's Golf Championship is the 2nd international competition program that Le Chuc An has implemented in the past month. Before going to New Zealand, she won the women's group championship at the Trang An - AJGA International Pathway Series 2026 tournament held in Ninh Binh.

This year, Le Chuc An maintained her form when she passed the cut-off point after the first 2 rounds of the 2026 Asian-Pacific Amateur Women's Golf Championship. The results are recognized by experts that this female golfer is making great efforts to protect her performance.

Le Chuc An is the only Vietnamese female golfer to be awarded a spot to compete in New Zealand. According to the upcoming plan, it is expected that Le Chuc An will go to the US to study and combine training and professional golf competition. Le Chuc An is still an important player of Vietnamese women's golf in many plans in 2026.
