286 enterprises in the old Vinh Phuc province owe a total of nearly 842 billion VND in taxes

Phu Tho - The Tax Department of Region VIII has publicized the list of enterprises in the old Vinh Phuc province that still owe taxes as of May 31, 2025.

According to Notice No. 1857/TB-CCTKV.VIII-VPH recently issued by the Tax Department of Region VIII, 286 people still owe taxes and other state budget revenues as of May 31, 2025, with a total amount of nearly VND 842 billion.

According to the list, the 8 enterprises with the largest tax debts, with tax debts of over 10 billion VND in the old Vinh Phuc province, include:

VCI Investment Joint Stock Company (located in the old Vinh Yen city) - owes VND 168.89 billion in tax.

Partron Vina Co., Ltd. (old Vinh Yen city) - tax debt of VND 164.78 billion.

IM VINA Company Limited (old Binh Xuyen District) - tax debt of 67.91 billion VND.

Huu Sinh Company Limited (old Phuc Yen city) - owes 65.13 billion VND in tax.

Vinh Yen Housing Development Trading Company Limited (old Vinh Yen city) - tax debt of VND 61.42 billion.

Nhat Hang Construction and Trading Investment Joint Stock Company (old Vinh Yen city) - tax debt: VND 23.33 billion.

Ba Hien Joint Stock Company (old Binh Xuyen District) - owes 19.44 billion VND in tax.

Hung Phuc Industrial Company Limited (old Vinh Tuong district) - tax debt: 14.41 billion VND.

The announcement of the Tax Department of Region VIII also stated the reasons for public disclosure: Violating the provisions of Point a, Clause 1, Article 100 of the Law on Tax Administration No. 38/2019/QH14 and Point g, Clause 1, Article 29 of Decree No. 126/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 of the Government.
