The Tax Department of Region VI publicly discloses the list of taxpayers who owe taxes and other revenues to the State budget, due to taxpayers violating the provisions of Point a, Clause 1, Article 100 of the Law on Tax Administration No. 38/2019/QH14 and Point g, Clause 1, Article 29 of Decree 126/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 of the Government.

The disclosure of the tax debt list is a measure to enhance transparency, enhance taxpayer responsibility and create fairness in fulfilling State budget obligations.
