On the afternoon of May 29 in Hanoi, within the framework of the World Mobile broadband Conference, Cloud & AI Summit 2025, organized by IDG International Data Group in collaboration with the Vietnam Radio - Electronics Association (REV), Viettel was honored in the two most important categories in the telecommunications sector.
The two Viettel awards were presented at the Ceremony to honor Outstanding broadband & ISP and cloud computing service providers as Outstanding Telecommunication Service Providers for Mobile broadband Service Quality and Outstanding Telecommunication Service Providers for coment broadband Service Quality. This is an annual award to honor telecommunications services and products that are highly appreciated by customers.
IDG's report shows that this year's survey was conducted from January 29 to May 6, 2025 with 18,277 votes (mobile area) and 17468 votes (f continuous area), collecting opinions from customers nationwide who have been using mobile and fixed broadband services.
According to the organizing committee, the award for outstanding service provider in the quality of mobile and fixed broadband services is awarded based on a comprehensive assessment of service quality criteria. This result was also evaluated and approved by the Voting Advisory Council based on 2 criteria: satisfactory level of service quality and satisfaction level of customer care and promotion programs. As a result, Viettel has been recognized by customers as the network operator with the best quality of both mobile broadband and fixed services.
