610 billion VND to develop green trees in the south of Dam Vac
Component 5 Project: Developing a green tree system in the southern area of Dam Vac under the Project of the Program for Development of Grade II Cities (green cities) - component project of Vinh Phuc province (old).
This project has a total investment of more than 610 billion VND from the state budget and loans from the Asian Development Bank (ABD). The Vinh Phuc Regional Project Management Board is assigned to be the project investor.
In mid-January 2026, the project investor issued a bidding invitation notice for the construction package: "Developing the green tree system in the South of Dam Vac" of the project.
The bidding package is worth more than 452.8 billion VND, including the main tasks of construction, equipment, pile testing, and construction permit approval for connection.

Dam Vac Lake not only plays the role of the green lung of the former Vinh Yen city area but also a water regulation area, reducing flooding in the rainy and flood season.
The renovation and promotion of the lake's value is expected to turn this place into an attractive eco-tourism and resort destination, contributing to creating motivation for socio-economic development.
38 billion VND to renovate and upgrade inter-communal roads
The project to renovate and upgrade the inter-communal road DH47 section passing through Cam Khe and Van Ban communes has a total investment of 38 billion VND invested by the People's Committee of Cam Khe commune.
In January 2026, the investor issued a notice inviting bids for Package No. 05 - Construction of the project.
Package No. 05 is priced at more than 33 billion VND from provincial budget support, commune budget and mobilization of other legal capital sources.
The package will construct a section of the route with a length of about 3.1km, designed according to the standard of level IV mountain road (including 2 sections, starting point at provincial road 313 (Km4+450), heading along the old DH47 road connecting Cam Khe and Van Ban communes, going throughout the area of Cam Khe commune.

For section 1, 2,666.87m long, road surface width 5.5m, asphalt concrete road surface 7cm thick; rainwater inlet width 0.25m on each side; sidewalk width 1.52m on each side (the drainage system is only arranged for section 1).
Section 2, 414.16m long, road surface width 5.5m, asphalt concrete road surface 7cm thick.
Investing 70 billion VND to renovate the Ho Chi Minh road in Phu Tho
The project to repair damage to the foundation, road surface, and traffic safety system of the Ho Chi Minh road in Phu Tho province was approved according to Decision No. 1646 dated November 7, 2025 of the Vietnam Road Administration.
This project belongs to Group C, with a total investment of more than 70.6 billion VND invested by Road Management Zone I.

In January 2026, the investor issued a bidding invitation for Package No. 05: Construction of the project, with a price of over 66 billion VND from the state budget (business capital for road economic activities).
After completing the contractor selection for Package No. 05, the contractor will proceed to repair damage to the roadbed, surface and traffic safety system of the sections of the Ho Chi Minh road, including:
Km438+000 - Km438+930, Km439+100 - Km439+378, Km439+960 - Km440+620, Km443+300 - Km443+750, Km443+920 - Km444+750, Km451+700 - Km454+600.
Km457+630 - Km458+000, Km460+000 - Km460+600, Km464+390 - Km465+000, Km477+100 - Km480+000, Km481+900 - Km482+980, Km491+000 - Km493+400.
Along with that, the package will repair and raise wavy corrugated iron guardrails on the Km463 - Km503 section of the Ho Chi Minh road.
