Agribank's August Interest Rate Latest
The Agricultural and Rural Development Bank of Vietnam (Agribank) has issued a new interest rate table, recording a significant increase of 0.2-0.3 percentage points at various terms.
The interest rate table for deposits at Agribank has been revised as follows:
The interest rate for a 1-month term has increased to 1.7%/year.
The interest rate for a 3-month term has increased to 2.0%/year.
The interest rate for 6-9 month terms has increased to 3.0%/year.
The interest rate for 12-18 month terms has increased to 4.7%/year.
The interest rate for 24-36 month terms has increased to 4.8%/year.
Among the Big4 group of banks including BIDV, Vietcombank, VietinBank, and Agribank, VietinBank currently holds the lowest interest rate compared to the remaining banks, followed by BIDV's interest rate.
Accordingly, BIDV's interest rate currently ranges from 1.7-4.8%/year, Vietcombank's interest rate ranges from 1.6-4.7%/year, Agribank's interest rate ranges from 1.7-4.8%/year, and VietinBank's interest rate ranges from 2.0-5.0%/year.
How much interest will you receive if you deposit 500 million VND at Agribank?
