The Department of Industry and Trade will be the agency to help the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province state management of industrial clusters in the area.
When implementing professional tasks in industrial clusters, the Departments, branches, and People's Committees at the district level are responsible for coordinating, collecting opinions from the Department of Industry and Trade and sending handling results to the Department of Industry and Trade, ensuring consistency in state management activities of industrial clusters.
Investors in the construction of technical infrastructure for industrial clusters and enterprises, cooperatives, and business households implementing production and business projects in industrial clusters must strictly comply with the provisions of law, and at the same time comply with the principle of state management in industrial clusters according to regulations.
This Decision takes effect from April 6, 2025 and replaces the previous Decision of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province on promulgating regulations on the management of industrial clusters in Bac Ninh province.
The province currently has 15 industrial parks and 37 industrial clusters, with more than 2,600 operating enterprises.
