Previously, on March 12, the Ha Tinh Department of Finance organized a lottery to buy assets worth nearly 30kg of gold worth more than 142 billion VND. 6 businesses participated in the lottery. Notably, no businesses in Ha Tinh province participated.
As a result, Phu Nguyen Nga Viet Co., Ltd. (address in Thanh Vinh ward, Nghe An province) won the lottery and was entitled to purchase the above-mentioned assets.
According to regulations, within 5 working days from the date of signing the minutes confirming the results (from March 12), the enterprise that wins the right to purchase assets must sign a contract and pay a deposit of more than 28.4 billion VND (equivalent to 20% of the value of the gold lot). The remaining amount, about 113.6 billion VND, must be paid within the next 5 working days.
At the end of the next 5 days from the date of signing the contract, if the buyer does not pay enough for the asset purchase, the contract will be cancelled, at which time the buyer will lose the deposit of more than 28 billion VND.
After drawing lots to win the right to buy assets, Mr. Duong Trieu Tuan - Director of Phu Nguyen Nga Viet Co., Ltd. said: "I am very happy that our company has won a lottery to buy assets of nearly 30kg of gold that the Ha Tinh Department of Finance organized to sell. I commit to complete the procedures for payment to receive assets within 5 to 10 days according to regulations.
Also according to Mr. Tuan, Phu Nguyen Nga Viet Co., Ltd. operates in the field of gold processing and trading. It is known that the amount of gold purchased by the unit has a composition of 99.9-99.95, so the company will have to refine the gold to achieve 99.99% gold content, and then process jewelry products.
