BIDV opens Flagship Private Banking Branch with the most comprehensive model in Vietnam

Vietnam Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV) officially opened the Southern High-Class Individual Customer Center Branch - a flagship Private Banking branch with the most complete high-class customer service model in the Vietnamese market today. The event marks an important milestone in the journey to realize BIDV's vision of building a Private Banking ecosystem according to international standards.

Attending the opening ceremony were representatives of the State Bank of Vietnam - Branch Region 2, leaders of management agencies and local authorities, BIDV Board of Directors and a large number of customers and partners of the bank.

Realizing the long-term Private Banking strategy

Over nearly 70 years of construction and development, BIDV is the bank with the largest total asset scale in Vietnam, with a diverse financial ecosystem and a network serving more than 26 million customers nationwide. Based on customer trust, BIDV is the first state-owned joint-stock commercial bank to deploy Private Banking services, which is a long-term strategic orientation.

This orientation has been persistently implemented year by year: from the Hanoi High-Class Individual Customer Center in 2021, to Ho Chi Minh City in 2024, and now the Southern Branch.
