Ministry of Industry and Trade announces energy audit organization

    The Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Promotion has received the Official Dispatch requesting the announcement of the energy audit organization and the accompanying completed dossier.

    Based on the provisions of Article 7 of Decree No. 30/2026/ND-CP dated January 21, 2026 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to organize and guide the implementation of the Law on Energy Saving and Efficiency Use, Decision No. 169/QD-BCT on announcing new administrative procedures promulgating the energy sector under the functions and tasks of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

    After consideration, the dossiers of the enterprises have ensured the conditions specified in Article 6 of Decree No. 30/2026/ND-CP as follows:
