Thus, the two localities need to encourage leading businesses to invest in suitable fields, creating conditions for Can Tho businesses to expand their market in the North. The important thing is to prioritize projects that are actually capable of immediate implementation" - Mr. Tran Duc Thang said.

Along with that, it is necessary to study linking the formation of a modern logistics and trade corridor between Hanoi and Can Tho and the Mekong Delta region; develop regional linked tourism; promote scientific and technological cooperation, innovation and digital transformation.
In addition to the above contents, Mr. Truong Canh Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee also suggested cooperation in health and education.
Can Tho is striving to become a specialized medical center in the Mekong Delta region, we hope that Hanoi, with its leading large and reputable hospitals in the country, will support Can Tho in training medical and educational personnel, thereby improving the quality in the Mekong Delta region" - Mr. Truong Canh Tuyen emphasized.

Hanoi Party Secretary also expressed concern about the fact that currently, the prices of agricultural and aquatic products of the Mekong Delta are listed on the market quite high, however, the actual value that farmers directly receive is still quite limited. He suggested that businesses pay attention to the issue of prices, so that farmers can enjoy commensurate production value and be eligible for regeneration.
