USD prices cool down after Treasury yields increase. USD prices are being strongly supported by investors expecting the Fed to raise interest rates earlier than expected.
Over the past week, the US dollar has at times increased to a one-year high against a basket of other currencies. In the context of strong increases in Treasury yields, investors believe that the Federal Reserve may need to increase exchange rates to address high inflation.
