Transferring traffic accounts before October 1: BIDV customers get a discount of VND240,000/year

Thạch Lam |

From October 1, 2025, vehicle owners who have not converted to a traffic account linked to non-cash payments will not be allowed to collect unstop automatic fees.

Decree 119 of the Government regulates electronic payment for road traffic (effective from October 1, 2024), to pay road fees through toll stations in the form of non-stop electronic toll collection (ETC). With this new regulation, vehicle owners need to urgently make conversions instead of using the current traffic account to complete the project before the prescribed time frame.

For customers using VETC 02: ePass services, they can switch to a Traffic Account right on the VETC 02: ePass application, or at official support points.

VETC Automatic Toll Collection Company Limited (VETC) said that up to now, there are nearly 1.8 million VETC users who have completed the conversion of traffic accounts. Thus, there are still 2 million people who have not converted their accounts.

For customers using BIDV accounts, they can follow the following steps to convert their accounts to avoid service interruptions.

BIDV customers receive a discount of 240,000 VND/2 years for leading software

When successfully linking BIDV accounts as a source of payment for traffic fees, customers will immediately receive Vietmap consulting software incentives:

For a 2-year package: Reduced up to 240,000 VND (direct reduction of 140,000 VND + enter the code "VIETMAP200" to continue reducing 100,000 VND)

For a 1-year package: Reduced up to 185,000 VND (direct reduction of 115,000 VND + enter the code "VIETMAP200" to continue reducing 70,000 VND)
