On June 23, the Facebook Fanpage "Dien with Ba Tuyet" posted Notice No. 2306/TB-NMTF issued by NMT Food Vietnam Co., Ltd., affirming that the dissolution of Ba Tuyet Food Trading and Service Joint Stock Company did not affect the brand's business activities. All products under the brand name "An giua ba Tuyet" are still produced and distributed normally.
According to this document, NMT Food Company Limited - the unit authorized by Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong, owner of the brand "Dien with Ba Tuyet", in production, promotion and exploitation of the brand - continues to be responsible for trading related products and affirms that operations are still operating stably.
NMT Food Company Limited would like to confirm that the above issue does not affect production and business activities as well as the rights of consumers who have, are and will accompany and use products under the brand of Eat Along Ba Tuyet, the document stated.
This unit said that Ba Tuyet Food and accommodation Trading Service Joint Stock Company has proactively completed the dissolution procedures since January 16, 2025, "in accordance with the orientation and regulations of the law" and affirmed that this is not related to the stable operation of the brand.
Regarding intellectual property rights, the notice stated: Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong, the owner of the Ba Tuyet Eating brand, No. GCN 53812, registered with the protected trademark at the Department of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Science, authorized NMT Food Vietnam Company Limited to produce products from July 1, 2024 and authorized Dai Viet Food Trading Company Limited to trade products with the Ba Tuyet Eating brand to convert the model to increase flexibility, simplify operations and be more in line with the current development orientation".
Therefore, NMT Food emphasized: We hope to confirm that there are no unusual incidents or negative impacts leading to the dissolutions. All current business activities are still stable, transparent and aimed at better customer service.
The company also hopes that the press and online community will "intellectually inform, avoid speculation, and have an unnecessary impact on the brand's reputation."
