Ba Tuyet Commercial and Service Joint Stock Company - the unit behind the famous "An Co Ba Tuyet" brand on social networks - has officially dissolved after more than 2 years of establishment. The reason was determined to be the inability to find a stable consumption market and business operations faced many difficulties.
According to information from the National Portal on Business Registration, Ba Tuyet Food Company was established in May 2023, registered with the main industry of wholesale of food. The company's initial charter capital was 2 billion VND, of which Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong held 85% of shares, the remaining two shareholders, Mr. Pham Hai Duong and Mr. Do Thanh Nho, both owned 7.5%. By October 2023, the company increased its charter capital to 5 billion VND.
After its establishment, the enterprise launched business activities associated with the brand "An Dong Ba Tuyet", mainly through the TikTok platform and social networks. However, by January 2025, the company had submitted a dissolutions and was updated by the business registration agency with the legal status as "dissolved" in June 2025.
In a notice sent to the Hanoi Business Registration Office on January 16, 2025, the enterprise said it no longer needs to continue operating. The reason for the dissolution was clearly stated to be the failure to find a stable consumption market and ineffective business operations. The company proposes to update information and post dissolution documents according to regulations.
Before dissolving, this company was known as the operator of the TikTok channel "An co ba Tuyet", which had reached more than 2.7 million followers, standing out with rustic culinary content associated with the image of Ms. Do Thi Tuyet - a brand representative, with a rustic and friendly chat style.
On June 17, Ms. Do Thi Tuyet posted a video explaining why the shopping basket on TikTok has been locked since 2023. According to Ms. Tuyet, the sales have been transferred to another account and the brand is currently continuing to operate through two TikTok channels that are maintaining daily broadcasting.
