On September 26, according to Lao Dong's source, the Binh Dinh Provincial Tax Department has just announced the application of tax debt enforcement measures against Bamboo Airways Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, the Binh Dinh Provincial Tax Department requested that Tre Viet Aviation Joint Stock Company closely coordinate with banks to strictly implement the decisions of the Binh Dinh Provincial Tax Department on enforcement by means of withdrawing money from accounts, requesting to freeze the accounts of the subject of enforcement at the State Treasury and credit institutions.
In case Tre Viet Aviation Joint Stock Company fails to pay the full amount of tax debt as prescribed, the Binh Dinh Provincial Tax Department will apply coercive measures to stop using invoices against the company. The expected implementation time is from September 26, 2024.
Binh Dinh Provincial Tax Department informs Tre Viet Aviation Joint Stock Company to comply with the provisions of law; at the same time, coordinate with Binh Dinh Provincial Tax Department when the company uses invoices for each occurrence during the period of forced suspension of invoice use.
Previously, on September 11, the Binh Dinh Provincial Tax Department sent a notice of temporary suspension of exit for Mr. Luong Hoai Nam - General Director of Tre Viet Aviation Joint Stock Company to the Ministry of Public Security.
Accordingly, the reason for the temporary suspension of exit is that Mr. Luong Hoai Nam is the legal representative of Tre Viet Aviation Joint Stock Company - a business that has not fulfilled its tax payment obligations.
The period of temporary suspension of exit is from the date of signing the notice (September 11, 2024) to the date Tre Viet Aviation Joint Stock Company completes its tax payment obligation to the State budget.
