Large Korean enterprises come to Binh Dinh to seek investment opportunities

At a working session with large Korean enterprises and corporations, the Chairman of Binh Dinh province affirmed that the province will "open the door" to welcome investors to do projects.

On September 25, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan had a meeting and worked with Mr. Cheun Eung Sik - Chairman of Daewon Group and Mr. Choi Hyun - Development Director of Lotte Mart Commercial Center Joint Stock Company (Korea) and colleagues about the investment environment in Binh Dinh.

At the meeting, Mr. Cheun Eung Sik - said that the strengths of Daewon Group are investing in urban development, housing and trade, eco-tourism, smart farms, textiles, and construction. Currently, Daewon Group is in the top 10 largest Korean enterprises investing in Vietnam. This time coming to Binh Dinh, the Group wants to survey and learn more about the investment environment, and find investment opportunities for development in the industrial and urban fields.

Mr. Choi Hyun - Development Director of Lotte Mart Commercial Center Joint Stock Company also expressed his interest in the field of investment in developing a large supermarket chain in Quy Nhon City and wished that the locality would introduce a suitable location for businesses to research and promote project investment.

At the meeting, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan said that Binh Dinh is implementing the provincial planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, with the goal of building Binh Dinh into a leading locality in the North Central and Central Coast regions by 2030, a center for processing, manufacturing, services, tourism and culture in the South of the region; a major center of the country for marine economic development...

Binh Dinh's economy is developing rapidly, sustainably and greenly based on the pillars of industrial growth, tourism services, seaports - logistics; high-tech agriculture; urbanization, these are also the areas in which Binh Dinh is attracting investment. Currently, many investors have chosen Binh Dinh as an investment destination, including Korean corporations and enterprises.

"Daewon Group and Lotte Commercial Center JSC should spend more time visiting and surveying the actual situation, from which they will study and propose investment in specific projects in Binh Dinh. In addition to the fields of industrial production, urban areas, and supermarket chain development, investors can learn about and promote investment in many other fields. The province will create the best conditions for investors to develop sustainable and long-term business," Mr. Pham Anh Tuan suggested.
