Many Tet peach trees worth tens of millions of dong have "owners
In the early afternoon, Mr. Do Van Chinh (Dan Hanh residential group, An Duong ward) and a group of workers went down to the peach garden to peel leaves. Mr. Chinh's household has a total of 120 peach trees of all kinds, planted on an area of more than 1,000 m2. Up to this point, the peach trees have bloomed, some trees have begun to bloom. Mr. Chinh said that compared to the previous year, affected by storms and winds, the peach garden suffered damage of 70-80%, this year the peach trees are in season, with thick, large, and beautiful buds, and are expected to bloom brilliantly right on the occasion of Tet Nguyen Dan.
Since after the New Year, many customers have also visited Mr. Chinh's Chinh Mai peach garden to see the peach blossoms and make early deposits. Among the trees that have owners, some trees have the highest price of up to 22 million VND from a customer from Thuy Nguyen (Hai Phong) who placed a deposit to transport them to Thai Binh (Hung Yen); some trees are 18 million VND deposited by customers in Kien An. The remaining trees range from 3 to 10 million VND depending on size, shape, and shape. It is expected that from December onwards, customers will come to buy more.

In addition to Mr. Chinh's garden, many peach gardens in Dong Du peach village, An Duong ward have also been preparing to welcome customers to "finalize" early. The remaining gardens are urgently peeling leaves to make peach blossoms in time for Tet, also to make it easy for customers to choose satisfactory peach trees. Ms. Hoang Thi Thuan, Dan Hanh residential group, said that Tet peach blossoms in Dong Du this year are of superior quality compared to previous years thanks to favorable weather. For about a week now, many customers have also come to see peach blossoms, large and beautiful trees have mostly "owners", good prices, and people are also much happier than in previous years.
Taking a walk around the peach garden, Mr. Nguyen Van Thang and his wife (Ngo Quyen ward) found a shaped peach tree suitable for the family's living room. Mr. Thang said that every year he and his wife come to the garden to choose trees early to suit the living room area of the family.
The peach root I just chose is priced at 9 million VND including transportation costs, it is expected that it will be moved home for Tet early on the full moon of the twelfth lunar month. Compared to the peach root last year, this year's peach is not only beautiful, the price is also reasonable and reasonable" - Mr. Thang said.

Promising a warm and prosperous Tet for people in the peach region
Thanks to the prosperous Tet peach crop, Mr. Do Van Chinh expects to earn about 500 million VND in Tet, 5 times more than the damage caused by the storm last year. "Except for investment costs, the family also has a sum to celebrate Tet warmly and well" - Mr. Chinh excitedly said.
Not only bringing stable income to garden owners, hundreds of peach villagers also have jobs at the end of the year, earning tens of millions of VND/month. For half a month now, Ms. Hoang Thi Thuan has been diligently working to peel peach leaves, from garden to garden, without a day off.
Ms. Thuan said that cleaning peach leaves for 8 hours a day, she receives a salary of 300,000 VND. Working all day a month also earns 9-10 million VND. Although the work is not hard and arduous, it also requires technique and skillful cleaning so as not to lose buds, buds, and branches. Especially this year, because it is a leap year, peach gardens are cleaning a few weeks later so that peach blossoms do not bloom early.

As for Mr. Kien, for the past week, Mr. Kien has been working as a hired worker for peach gardens with a salary of 300,000-500,000 VND/day. The hardest job to dredge peach blossoms is to inflate the peach blossoms to "prevent" them from blooming early. However, born and raised in Dong Du peach village, this job not only brings income but also brings joy to Mr. Kien when contributing to preserving the local peach brand. During breaks, Mr. Kien also guides people to nourish peach blossoms to "wait" for Tet.
