Business household registration certificates are issued to business households established and operating according to the provisions of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP. Business households are issued Business household registration certificates when they meet the following conditions:
- Business lines and occupations registered for business are not prohibited from investment and business;
- The name of the business household is placed in accordance with the provisions of Article 88 of this Decree;
- Have a valid business household registration dossier;
- Pay sufficient registration fees for business households as prescribed.
Note:
- The business household registration certificate is issued based on information in the business household registration dossier declared and self-responsible by the business household establisher.
- The information on the business household registration certificate has legal value from the date of issuance of the business household registration certificate and the business household has the right to operate business from the date of issuance of the business household registration certificate, except for cases of business in conditional investment and business lines.
In case the business household registers the start date of business operation after the date of issuance of the Business Household Registration Certificate, the business household is entitled to operate business from the date of registration, except in cases of business in conditional investment and business lines.
- Business households can receive business household registration certificates directly at the district-level business registration agency or register and pay a fee to receive them by post.
- Business households have the right to request the district-level business registration agency to issue a copy of the business household registration certificate and pay fees according to regulations.
