On August 26, Mr. Nguyen Le Huy - Vice Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee chaired a working session with Dutch CTP Company on promoting cooperation and learning about the investment environment in the province.
At the meeting, Mr. Remon Vos - General Director and Founder of CTP Company of the Netherlands introduced the capacity, experience in developing and operating modern industrial - logistics areas in many European countries. The Company's CTPark model is a unique model, proven to be very successful in Europe, attracting high-tech investors and creating many job opportunities.
In addition, the Company has developed a dynamic high-tech ecosystem in industrial parks in other countries around the world; at the same time, it wishes to develop a similar model in Vietnam. CTP Company of the Netherlands plans to develop high-tech industrial parks in major provinces and cities in Vietnam, focusing on Hung Yen province and the Central region of Vietnam. Estimated investment capital in Vietnam in the coming years is about 1 billion Euros.

With more than 25 years of experience in the industrial real estate market, Mr. Remon Vos expressed his interest in the orientation and industrial development strategy of Hung Yen province for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, in which the orientation is to build an Economic Zone and industrial parks with synchronous infrastructure, attracting high-tech investment, and being environmentally friendly.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Le Huy emphasized that Hung Yen has many advantages to develop industry - services thanks to its favorable geographical location, infrastructure system connecting to Hanoi and the Northern Delta provinces, especially the expressways, coastal roads and Ring Road 4 being implemented. The province also has abundant human resources, ensuring power sources for production and always focusing on reforming administrative procedures, building a transparent and open investment environment.
The provincial leaders affirmed their readiness to accompany and support investors in the process of research and implementation of the project, especially in the fields of high technology, logistics and clean energy. Mr. Nguyen Le Huy assigned the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board as a focal point to coordinate with relevant agencies, provide information on industrial land fund, preferential policies and guide procedures to soon deploy the next steps of cooperation.
The meeting opened up great cooperation opportunities between Hung Yen and CTP Company, creating a foundation for the development of modern industrial parks, contributing to making the province an attractive destination for international investors.
