On September 4, the Investigation Police Agency concluded the investigation of the case of "Fraud against customers" at Chi Em rot Group Joint Stock Company, proposing to prosecute Le Tuan Linh, Nguyen Thi Thai Hang (Hang Du Muc), Le Thanh Cong, Pham Quang Linh (Quang Linh Vlogs) and Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien.
Quang Linh Vlogs has attracted strong attention since 2024 when livestreaming sales, and at the same time, his personal brand is used for many businesses such as Quang Linh Vlog Store, Quang Linh Group and Quang Linh Global.
According to the National Portal on Business Registration, Quang Linh Vlog Store Company Limited (Thanh Xuan Ward, Hanoi) is no longer operating at the registered address. This enterprise was established in July 2022, the legal representative and Director is Ms. Vi Khanh Ngan (born in 2000). The company's initial charter capital was 1 billion VND.
In the registration change in October 2022, the company increased its capital to VND2 billion, the contributors included Mr. Tran Chi Tam - a shareholder of Chi Em rot Group Joint Stock Company - contributed VND1.6 billion (80% of capital) and Ms. Vo Thi Loc contributed VND400 million (20% of capital).
Meanwhile, the company in Bo De ward, Hanoi has switched its operations back to normal after a temporary suspension of business in June. This enterprise was established on August 3, 2023 with a charter capital of VND 3 billion, with Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung (born in 1994) as the owner, Director and Legal Representative.
Similarly, Quang Linh Global Company Limited (Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi) is also operating again, after announcing the conversion of business types on July 30, 2025. The legal representative is Mr. Nguyen Van Tien (born in 1986) - a member of the African group, and a close friend of Quang Linh Vlogs.
Quang Linh Global was established in January 2024 with an initial charter capital of VND 2.9 billion. Of which, Mr. Tien contributed 2.03 billion VND (70%), Mr. Tran Manh Toan contributed 290 million VND (10%) and Mr. Cao Tieu Minh contributed 580 million VND (20%). By October 2024, Mr. Toan had transferred all the contributed capital to Mr. Tien.
According to the official website and fanpage, Quang Linh Global sells shampoos and men's shower gel, with the introduced product being "accompanyed by vloggers Quang Linh and Tien Nguyen, distributed by Quang Linh Global".
In addition, Pham Quang Linh was introduced as Vice Chairman of Pharco Vietnam Joint Stock Company - the exclusive owner and distributor of the Adopt brand' in Vietnam. In October 2021, the Adopt' brand was launched in the domestic market under the management of Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien and her colleagues.
