In the presentation, Mr. Le Hong Quang - General Director of MISA Group shared about the Agentic Enterprise trend - a 24/7 self-operating enterprise with collaboration between humans and AI Agents. This is considered a trend that is redefining the way businesses operate and is the key to helping Vietnam achieve its double-digit growth target in the coming period.

Opening, Mr. Quang explained that in the context of Vietnam setting a target of GDP growth of over 10% per year, average labor productivity of about 8.5% and increasing the proportion of the digital economy to 30% of GDP by 2030, the requirement for the economy is to both expand scale and create new growth momentum based on productivity, innovation and digital transformation.
The strong digital transformation process of the Government and the State is creating an important foundation for Vietnamese technology companies to develop. Benefiting from that process, the MISA team identifies its responsibility as supporting the business community to improve operational capacity, increase labor productivity and create more value.
The above philosophy is generalized through the link: improving the capacity of both businesses and workers, thereby improving productivity and contributing to GDP growth," Mr. Quang said.
Next, the speaker pointed out the development of artificial intelligence, especially AI Agents, is opening up a new model - Agentic Enterprise, i.e., self-operating enterprises. Specifically, each position in the company is supported by an AI Agent who is capable of self-planning, processing tasks and coordinating with other AI Agents to solve complex tasks. Unlike the traditional operating model that depends on human working hours, AI Agents can operate continuously 24/7, without being limited by shifts, weekends or holidays. Thanks to that, the company can maintain the state of "sleepless business", that is, always operating - always responding - always creating value.
In addition, when the "Human + AI" model is implemented, the capacity of each personnel can increase by at least 10 times. Mr. Quang explained that a business with only 10 people, operating under the Agentic Enterprise model, can create efficiency equivalent to 100 people.
If the Agentic Enterprise model is replicated on the scale of the entire economy, our country can form a new labor force with many times higher productivity, thereby creating superior value and material quantities. At that time, the double-digit GDP growth target is completely feasible," Mr. Le Hong Quang assessed.
According to MISA, if previously a business wanted to handle a larger workload and often had to increase personnel, with AI Agents, the same team can handle a much larger workload. This is an important difference: AI not only helps save costs, but more importantly, it helps businesses do more work, serve customers better and create more value with the same resources.
Towards the Agentic Enterprise model, the Group is building the MISA Agentwork ecosystem - a platform of specialized "AI employees" for each department in the business such as accounting - finance, marketing - sales, human resources, operations and production.
AI Agents in this ecosystem are designed to go into specific nghiệp vụ, processing practical problems with real data, real processes and real needs of businesses. "Not talking about AI as a trend, we want to bring AI into each specific operation to create measurable results," Mr. Quang said.

Mr. Le Hong Quang explained that the core point of the above cases is that AI is applied to the correct operational problem. This is the foundation for businesses to optimize costs, expand service capacity, increase operating scale and create more economic value.
The goal of MISA is to help each Vietnamese enterprise, whether large or small, become an Agentic Enterprise. At that time, people will be freed from repetitive tasks to focus on strategy, creativity and growth. This platform contributes to realizing the one-person business model of Resolution No. 86/NQ-CP on'National Strategy for Creative Startups' issued by the Government," Mr. Quang added.
