Retail gasoline and oil prices today, June 6th, at the system of Vietnam Oil Corporation - JSC (PVOIL) are applied according to the new adjustment effective from 3:00 PM on June 4th of the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance:
According to the latest price list, E10 RON 95-III gasoline is currently sold by PVOIL at 22,330 VND/liter, down 1,330 VND/liter compared to the previous operating period. Meanwhile, E5 RON 92-II bio-gasoline is listed at 21,780 VND/liter, a sharp decrease of 1,470 VND/liter and is the lowest priced item in the system.
In the oil group, DO 0.05S-II oil is currently sold at 26,860 VND/liter, down 790 VND/liter compared to the operating period on May 28. DO 0.001S-V oil is listed at 28,120 VND/liter, also down 790 VND/liter.
According to records, the retail price level at PVOIL continues to be maintained in the lowest group in the market. Compared to many large wholesale enterprises, the price of E10 and E5 gasoline at PVOIL is in a competitive zone, creating more choices for consumers in the context of increasing travel and transportation demand at the beginning of summer.
The adjustment on June 4 marked the second consecutive price reduction of domestic gasoline and oil, reflecting the downward trend of world oil prices in the recent price calculation cycle. In which, E5 RON 92-II gasoline decreased the most with a decrease of nearly 1,500 VND/liter, contributing to pulling retail fuel prices to the lowest level in recent weeks.
Gasoline and oil price movements in the coming time will still largely depend on fluctuations in the global energy market, especially factors related to crude oil supply, OPEC+ production policy and global economic growth prospects.
