World oil prices today
World gasoline and oil prices continuously fluctuate. At the end of yesterday's trading session (March 17), WTI and Brent oil prices increased by 2.9% and 3.2% respectively.
By today's session, oil items simultaneously decreased sharply. At 5:10 PM (Vietnam time), WTI oil price was at 94.05 USD/barrel, down 1.47 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 1.54%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at 95.53 USD/barrel; and opened the weekend session at 95.34 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 103.20 USD/barrel, down 0.22 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.21%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at a price of 103.42 USD/barrel; and opened today's session at a price of 103.71 USD/barrel.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On March 18, retail gasoline and oil prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in region 1 and region 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail gasoline and oil prices were adjusted by the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance from 0:30 on March 14, 2025. Accordingly, the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance decided to maintain the maximum retail prices of domestic gasoline and oil products compared to the previous operating period.
