The project of establishing the Party Committee of Ca Mau Province (on the basis of consolidating Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee and Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee), which is expected to have 79 comrades after consolidating the Party Committee of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee; Establishing 55 communal Party Committee and 9 ward party committees under the provincial Party Committee, corresponding to the new communal administrative unit with 82,141 party members; Maintain the status of the number of affiliated party organizations; The advisory and assisting agencies at the provincial Party Committee, the Party Committee under the Provincial Party Committee and the non -business unit.
The project organizes and rearranges provincial authorities after consolidating 13 specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee; 16 public non -business units, reducing 3 units; receive the status quo and duties of foreign financial agencies of the two provinces after consolidating; maintain the status quo of companies and state -owned enterprises in the two provinces after consolidating.
The project to organize the Vietnam Fatherland Front, provincial socio-political organizations, and mass associations assigned by the Party and the State at the provincial level after the merger.
For the number of deputy agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee; socio-political organizations, and mass associations after the merger, the number must be ensured according to regulations, unified and suitable to the actual operational situation of each locality, as well as Ca Mau province (after the merger).
For units under the Provincial People's Committee, depending on the situation of each province, continue to study to keep the same (for specialized agencies) or merge the status of functions and tasks (for agencies with similar points) to ensure that activities continue, without interruption or impact when conducting the merger.
Regarding the personnel plan, calculating, arranging, arranging, officials and leaders of provincial departments and agencies rotate the leadership titles at the grassroots level before consolidating the province. At the same time, researching and arranging the number of cadres, civil servants and officials of Bac Lieu province will work at the headquarters of Ca Mau province in the process of completing the project, to facilitate the arrangement of the office office, resting and transportation after consolidation of the province.
After the opinion of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, continuing to synthesize as a basis for completing and unifying the project as prescribed.
