On May 17, Mr. Nguyen Van Nguyen - Acting Director of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Lieu province - said that he had sent a document to provincial agencies to review the need for school transfers for children of cadres, civil servants, and public employees when implementing the arrangement of provincial administrative units.
This work aims to facilitate high school students who are children of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers who need to transfer to a new workplace in Ca Mau province after merging Bac Lieu province and Ca Mau province.
Provincial departments, branches and sectors must compile the list and send it to the Department of Education and Training before May 23.

According to Project 02 on the arrangement of Bac Lieu and Ca Mau provinces issued by the People's Committee of Ca Mau province on April 29, Bac Lieu province currently has 15 agencies and public service units of the Party, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations, with the number of cadres, civil servants and public employees present at 327 people; in the provincial-level State sector, there are 13 specialized agencies, with 842 cadres, civil servants and public employees.
After the National Assembly issued a Resolution on the arrangement of provincial-level administrative units, the majority of cadres, civil servants and public employees of provincial-level agencies of Bac Lieu province will now move to the political and administrative center of the newly established Ca Mau province to work, so it is predicted that the demand for children to transfer schools will be large.
Reviewing the need to transfer schools is a proactive step of the government to ensure the right to education of citizens, creating conditions for parents to work with peace of mind. This is to ensure the school transfer process goes smoothly, stabilize students' learning and help cadres, civil servants and public employees feel secure when performing their tasks at the new workplace.
