With an amount of 200 million VND, customers can receive the corresponding interest amount according to each term as follows:
6-month term, interest rate 3%/year: Interest received 3 million VND.
12-month term, interest rate 4.7%/year: Interest received 9.4 million VND.
36-month term, interest rate 4.7%/year: Interest received 28.2 million VND.
Should I save for short or long term?
If customers have idle money, saving for a term of 12 months or more will bring the best interest rate at BIDV. However, to ensure a flexible financial plan, customers can also divide the deposit into many different terms.
