On August 7, news from the Office of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee - said that Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Trong Hieu has just signed 4 decisions approving investment policies and at the same time approving investors to implement the Ky Anh 1, Ky Anh 2, Ky Anh 3 and Ky Anh 4 Wind Power Plant Projects.
Ky Anh 1 wind power plant is invested in Ky Van, Ky Lac and Ky Hoa communes by the Joint Venture of TTA Vietnam Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, No One Land Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company and Dat Viet Energy Investment and Service Joint Stock Company.
The project has a capacity of 65 MW, including 13 wind turbines, with an expected electricity output of about 173.422 million kWh/year; total investment of 2,308 billion VND.
The project implements investment in 220 kV substations and 220 kV power lines, creating a shared transmission infrastructure for all 4 wind power plants in Ky Anh.
Also deployed in Ky Van, Ky Lac and Ky Hoa communes, Ky Anh 2 Wind Power Plant has a capacity of 50 MW, including 10 wind turbines, with an average electricity output of about 131.128 million kWh/year.
The project has a total investment of 1,693 billion VND. In addition to the internal traffic system and power collection lines, the project uses the 220 kV substation and 220 kV power lines of the project cluster for connection to the national grid.
Ky Anh 3 wind power plant is located in Ky Lac, Ky Hoa and Ky Thuong communes, invested by the Joint Venture of TTA Vietnam Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, No One Land Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, Cau Treo Ha Tinh Investment and Import-Export Joint Stock Company and CASABLANCA Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
The project is designed with 10 wind turbines, capacity of 50 MW, electricity output of about 138.021 million kWh/year, total investment of 1,800 billion VND.
According to the decision, the investment project to build a 110 kV substation and a 110 kV power line to connect to the 220 kV substation of Ky Anh 1 Wind Power Plant.
Ky Anh 4 wind power plant continues to be invested in Ky Van, Ky Lac and Ky Hoa communes, with 12 wind turbines, a capacity of 60 MW and an expected electricity output of about 148.905 million kWh/year.
The project has a total investment of 2,009 billion VND. The transportation system, power collection lines and technical items are invested synchronously, using the 220 kV substation and the 220 kV power line for connection to the national grid.
According to the approved progress, for all 4 wind power projects mentioned above, investors will complete land and legal procedures from August 2026 to February 2027; deploy auxiliary items from February 2027 to April 2027.
Next, investors must carry out the construction of main items, install equipment, test run and put all projects into operation within 22 months from the date of land allocation and land lease.
