To meet the needs of customers these days as well as the upcoming Tet holiday, Mr. An posted information to recruit staff and added some new dishes with prices ranging from 30,000 - 50,000 VND/dish.

Ho Xang Thoi culinary area is one of the night-time economic development models in the Night-time Economic Development Project in Can Tho City, piloted in Ninh Kieu district.

The project of dredging Xang Thoi Lake, renovating the embankment, park, and road around the lake with the purpose of urban beautification, dredging the lake bed and overcoming the flooding and degradation of the road surface has a total investment of nearly 50 billion VND. With an asphalt concrete structure, lighting system, road traffic lights; drainage system, lakeside landscape, sidewalks, railings, lighting and decoration in the middle of the lake... when completed, the project promises to create favorable conditions for business activities as well as entertainment of people and tourists.
Speaking to Lao Dong, Mr. Tran Ngoc Thai - Deputy Director of the Ninh Kieu District Project Management and Land Fund Development Board - said that according to the approved schedule, the contractor will construct the project within 360 days from January 2024 to January 2025. The Ninh Kieu District Project Management and Land Fund Development Board has requested the construction unit to focus on human resources, machinery, and equipment to speed up the progress.
Every week, the Board holds meetings with the contractor and the supervising consultant to monitor the progress of the project. During the construction process, the Board's staff regularly visits the construction site to inspect and supervise in order to promptly resolve and adjust difficulties and problems, ensuring the set progress.
